This month, we are bringing a high-energy fusion of strength, flow, and rhythm to The Rock at La Cantera. Kick off the morning with the pros from COREFIT, who will lead two free, expert-led sessions: a core-strengthening Pilates class followed by a balancing Barre class.

The movement continues with Esta Noche Dance Company, featuring professional Latin dance performances and an interactive class designed to get everyone moving. Between sessions, explore a wellness fair curated by Body Concepts, featuring a hand-picked selection of local businesses dedicated to health and wellness products and services.

After you work up an appetite, head over to Roca & Martillo to refuel with their exclusive rockFit Brunch. For just $25, enjoy a delicious 3-course meal featuring healthy options and a complimentary mimosa for guests 21+.

Make the most of your morning with our Wellness Fair Passport Challenge!

Check-In: Pick up your official passport at the check-in table when you arrive.
Explore: Visit at least 7 vendors and get your passport marked off at each station. Keep scrolling for a full list of vendors.
Win Big: Once your passport is complete, turn it in at the Body Concepts table before 12:00 PM. By completing your journey through the fair, you’ll be entered for a chance to win incredible prizes donated by our rockFit partners and vendors! Winners will be randomly selected and will be notified after the event before April 26, 2026 if their passport was selected.

Meet the Hosts

	COREFIT – COREFIT offers high-intensity, low-impact Pilates and Barre workouts across three San Antonio locations, utilizing state-of-the-art custom reformers and expert instruction. Designed for all fitness levels, their classes focus on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and toning the body in a supportive community environment. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, COREFIT provides a personalized experience to help transform both body and mind.
	Esta Noche Dance Company – Based in Leon Valley, Esta Noche Dance Company specializes in weekly salsa and bachata classes designed for dancers of all skill levels. They are well-known for hosting vibrant community socials every second and fourth Friday of the month, fostering a welcoming environment for everyone to hit the dance floor. Their passion for movement and inclusivity makes them a fantastic partner for bringing high-energy Latin dance to any event. At Sunday’s event, Esta Noche Dance Company will have three of their talented instructors out at The Rock to teach a Latin dance class and put on an exciting performance for attendees.
	BODY CONCEPTS – Body Concepts Aesthetics & Wellness, located in San Antonio, TX, is an advanced med spa facility focused on aesthetic care, wellness and IV Vitamin Therapy. We are a patient-focused facility that prioritizes the importance of safety, patient education and empowerment, which allows the patient to make knowledge-based decisions. Our team has a combined 50 years of experience in clinical and aesthetic settings and are skilled to guide patients toward achieving their aesthetic goals.

Admission | This is a FREE event, open to all ages and fitness levels. Each fitness class will have modified workouts as needed.

Equipment | Guests are encouraged to bring a water bottle, comfortable athletic shoes, and a yoga mat for each COREFIT class. 

Food & Drink | The Rock at La Cantera offers a variety of food & beverage options for purchase.

Security & Policies | For the safety of all guests:

• The Rock at La Cantera is a smoke-, vape-, tobacco-, and drug-free campus.
• Outside alcohol, food, and beverages are not permitted.
• All persons and items, including bags, wagons, backpacks, and coolers, are subject to inspection.
