The Rock at La Cantera welcomes guests of all ages. With Always On amenities, there is something for everyone.

Alcohol is available for purchase at The Rock at La Cantera. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following alcohol policies are enforced:

• Limit of two (2) alcoholic beverages per transaction

• Guests appearing 30 years or younger must present valid ID

• Alcohol sales end 30 minutes before closing

Service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities are welcome at The Rock at La Cantera in accordance with ADA guidelines. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.

For regular plaza visits, all persons and items, including bags, wagons, backpacks and coolers, are subject inspections.

The Rock at La Cantera encourages a clear bag policy for large & ticketed events, allowing clear bags (up to 12″x6″x12″) and small clutches (under 6″x9″), with exceptions for medical/diaper bags.

Ticketed Event Guidelines:

• Clear Bags: Permitted if clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC, no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ (includes clear backpacks/fanny packs).

• Small Purses/Clutches: Small clutches, wallets, or fanny packs (under 6″ x 9″) are allowed, even if not clear.

• Exceptions: Diaper bags (child present) and medically necessary bags are permitted but subject to search.

Prohibited Items:

• Large non-clear bags (backpacks, large purses).

• Outside alcohol, glass bottles, and outside food/beverages (check event for exceptions like sealed water or water bottles).

• Coolers, drones, laser pointers, weapons, professional cameras, and large noisemakers.

The bag policy depends on whether a special event is happening; we encourage guests to check the specific event’s website for event guidelines.

The Rock at La Cantera has an onsite half-court basketball court. The court is open to the general public. Please use the basketball court at your own risk.

Guidelines:

• Proper athletic footwear is required at all times

• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult

• Hanging on the rim is prohibited

*Management reserves the right to remove individuals who do not comply with court rules.

For safety, bicycles, scooters and/or skateboards are prohibited on Frost Plaza. They may be used along Gunn Family Park & Trails.

The Rock at La Cantera, Roca & Martillo and on-site kiosk are cashless. We accept debit and credit cards, as well as tap-to-pay options including Apply Pay and Google Wallet.

Cameras with detachable lenses, cameras with lenses longer than three inches and all video cameras are prohibited at The Rock at La Cantera.

The following Code of Conduct applies to all events and activities at The Rock at La Cantera.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of others and the venue. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the property and/or a permanent ban, without warning.

Prohibited Conduct Includes, but Is Not Limited To:

• Using abusive, obscene, or disruptive language or gestures

• Being intoxicated or otherwise impaired by alcohol or other substances

• Fighting, throwing objects, or engaging in behavior that may harm or disturb others

• Using tobacco products, smoking, or vaping (including electronic cigarettes)

• Entering restricted or unauthorized areas, or areas without proper credentials

• Selling goods or services without written authorization from The Rock at La Cantera

• Wearing clothing with obscene or indecent messages

• Engaging in public displays of affection deemed inappropriate for a public setting

• Disrupting the progress of an event

• Engaging in criminal, dangerous, or unsafe behavior

• Failing to comply with instructions from venue personnel

• Riding bicycles, hoverboards, skateboards, skates, or wheeled footwear on property

• Flying drones

• Littering or vandalizing any property

• Remaining on property outside of posted hours of operation

The Rock at La Cantera is a dog-friendly space. All dogs must remain on a leash. Owners must clean up after their dogs. Waste bags and disposal stations are available throughout the Gunn Family Coyote Dog Park.

Other on-site amenities include the Gunn Family Coyote Dog Park. A 7.5-acre dog park including a dog agility course, walking trails, seating areas, dog wash stations, and play mounds. For more information, visit the the Gunn Family Coyote Dog Park page.

Please note that for the safety of all guests during ticketed events, only service animals in accordance with ADA guidelines are permitted.

The Rock at La Cantera offers on-site food and beverage options, including our staple restaurant Roca & Martillo. Outside food, beverages and alcohol are prohibited at The Rock at La Cantera.

9:00am – 11:00pm daily

Splash Pad:

9:00am – 9:00pm daily

*Only open March through September when outside temperature is above 70 degrees.

Roca & Martillo:

Mon. – Thursday 11:00am – 10:00pm, Friday 11:00am – 11:00pm, Saturday 10:00am – 11:00pm and Sunday 11:00am – 10:00pm

Items are held for 30 days. Unclaimed items are donated to charity.

The Rock is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

If a child becomes separated from their group, please notify the nearest team member immediately. Separated children will be escorted to Victory Capital Performance Center Lobby.

The sale or sampling of merchandise, food, beverages, or other items on The Rock at La Cantera property without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Free parking is available onsite and around the facility. Designated accessible parking spaces are available in select lots.

For Spurs Watch Parties and larger events, complimentary Park & Ride service is available from the Neiman Marcus parking lot at The Shops at La Cantera, with free shuttle transportation to and from The Rock.

The Rock at La Cantera offers a limited number of public seating areas throughout the property. For larger events, such as movies on the big screen, watch parties, and more, guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets for comfortable viewing.

Visitors may not bring the following items onto the property:

• Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, tasers, and toy or replica weapons

• Tobacco products, vaping devices, or electronic cigarettes

• Illegal substances

• Outside alcohol, including flasks

• Coolers or outside tents

• Metal chains

• Laser pointers

• Noisemakers

• Animals, except service animals and leashed dogs or cats where permitted

• Drones, hoverboards, skateboards, skates, or shoes with wheels

Personal use is allowed as long as it doesn’t disrupt guests. Written permission is required and must be carried onsite for Drones, Tripods or professional photography/video equipment.

Prohibited:

• Filming children under 14 without parental consent

• Photographing/filming guests without consent

• Blocking walkways, climbing on structures, or using dressing tents

• Risqué/provocative shoots

• Glitter, confetti, cascarones, rice, or similar items

Management reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without refund, to deny entry to or remove any individual whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or detrimental to the experience of others.

Public restrooms are located at the north end of Roca & Martillo, near the half-court basketball court.

Guests using rideshare services, including Uber, Lyft, and taxis, must meet their driver in the designated Passenger & Rideshare Pick-Up Zone located behind Roca & Martillo at Gate 4.

The Rock at La Cantera is a smoke-, vape-, tobacco-, and drug-free property. This prohibits cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, smokeless tobacco, and pipes within 500 feet of the property.

Our Splash Pad is open daily from 9 AM – 9 PM and operates from March through September, weather permitting (temperatures above 70°F).

• Maintenance Closures: The splash pad may be close periodically for maintenance or improvements. Updates will be posted on our social media channels.

• Safety: The water is treated in compliance with all safety standards.

Splash Pad Safety Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please follow these guidelines:

• Only service animals are permitted in the splash pad area.

• Children ages 12 and under must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

• Guests who are ill, have a contagious condition, or are experiencing diarrhea may not use the splash pad.

• Diaper changing is not permitted within six (6) feet of the splash pad.

• Splash pad water is not safe for drinking.

• Glass containers are not allowed in or around the splash pad area.

• Rough or unsafe play is prohibited.
