Sweat, socialize, and spookify your fitness routine this October as we team up with Orange Theory Fitness and Discover Strength for rockFit: Monster Mashup, a Halloween-themed evening designed to get you moving, celebrate the holiday season, and refuel your body!

Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just beginning your fitness journey, rockFit is the perfect space to focus on daily, incremental self-improvement. After sweating it out on the plaza, keep the good vibes rolling and connect with the community at our Wicked Wellness Fair or refuel with an exclusive $25 three-course dinner social at Roca & Martillo. Event Details – Know Before You Go

Admission | This is a FREE event, open to all ages and fitness levels. Each fitness class will have modified workouts as needed.

Equipment | Guests are encouraged to bring a water bottle, comfortable athletic shoes, and a yoga mat.
