Join us at Frost Plaza for our November edition: rockFit Rewind! We’re partnering with TruFusion for a high-energy morning of movement, retro vibes, and classic 80s hits. Dust off your leg warmers and tease up your hair because we’re cranking up the synth-pop and retro workout beats to keep you moving, sweating, and smiling! Whether you’re here for a killer workout, full-body wellness, or just the nostalgic tunes, there’s something for everyone.

In addition to the trainer-led workouts, rockFit Rewind features a wellness fair with local health and fitness vendors and ends with an exclusive $25 3-course brunch social (complete with a complimentary mimosa!) at Roca & Martillo.

Important Event Information

🎟️Admission: This is a FREE event, open to all ages and fitness levels. Each fitness class will have modified workouts as needed.

🏋🏼Equipment: Guests are encouraged to bring a water bottle, comfortable athletic shoes, and a yoga mat for every class. Optional: Guests participating in the Pilates Class are encouraged to also bring a set of small hand weights. 

🍔Food & Drink: Refuel and socialize at Roca & Martillo! After the sweat sessions, connect with your fellow fitness enthusiasts social and enjoy an exclusive brunch at our onsite restaurant. No outside food or drinks are permitted.

The Brunch: For $25 per person, enjoy a 3-course brunch spread curated for our rockFit community.
The Perk: Every rockFit participant (21+) receives a complimentary mimosa with their 3-course brunch.
To Purchase: Visit Roca & Martillo anytime during the rockFit event from 10AM – 1PM and show your server your free rockFit ticket.
