What to Know (Doxie Derby Racing): 

For the safety of all participants, proof of current Rabies and DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, and Parvo) vaccinations is required for all racing pups at check-in on the day of the event.

Two-Human Requirement: All racers must have two handlers. One person will stay at the start for the release, and one person will wait at the finish to catch. Don’t forget to bring a “lure” (toy or treat) to encourage your athlete to the finish line!

All dogs must be on a leash at all times, except when it’s their turn to sprint! No retractable leashes, standard 4-6ft leashes only to help us keep the crowds moving safely.
